The main role of board members is they are trustees who lead the organisation, by adopting sound, ethical, legal and financial governance policies and by ensuring that the non-profit sector has adequate resources to advance its mission. VolunteersVolunteers is a group of people within a community participates on a voluntary basis in social, charitable and environmental activities. In fact, its nature and essence relate to the human need to support others and promote social issues.

Answer | I believe that without competitors organisations are not get any development . it is important to identify the organisations competitors because to knowing who is the organistion competitors and what they are offering that can help us to make organisation products, services and marketing stand out. Organisation use this knowledge to create marketing strategies that take advantage of our competitors weakness and improve our own business performance. I think competitors is very much important for the benefit of organisation because competition is a boost of innovation as well as it helps to business identify consumers need and than develop new services or products to meet them. |

Maintaining work-related networks contributes to facilitating working methods and organization. In addition, they can significantly enhance internal organizational relations and contribute to the performance of fewer conflicts. Maintaining work-related networks that reflect effective organizational performance creates a sense of common destiny and cohesion. |

Answer | I think it is important to develop a range of communication strategies because to meet an organisation goal and needs transparent and clear communication within an organization ensures that all staff, from senior management to entry-level employees, are aware of the company's priorities and culture, as well as how it introduces itself to consumers and clients. Communications are considered to be the center of all activities in all workplaces because they effectively connect and coordinate activities to achieve organizational purposes. Lack of communication can pose different threats in the organization, such as interpersonal conflicts, communication gaps, low performance, lower levels of accountability that can affect organizational performance and image in a prominent way. It is therefore important to develop a communication plan so that challenges and obstructions can be addressed and organizational objectives can be properly met. |

Inappropriate: Not considering the tone of messages and performing constant complaining, questioning and outright bragging might created negative impacts on image of the user. Medium two: Website Appropriate: Using respectful and cautious language and avoiding expression of deliberate offensive opinions is necessary while posting contents in personal or business websites. Inappropriate: Showing no respect for peoples’ privacy while uploading information in websites reflects bad etiquette. |

Answer | Political factor: Changes in legal service and policy for providing service to community Impact: This factor could affect information needs of the organization in terms of privacy protection policies laid by government. Economic factor: Decreased level of disposable income and its distribution for community service Impact: Lack of marketing and communication capabilities with people and thereby decreased information collection about community members is the impact. Social factor: Lack of public awareness regarding objectives of the community service organization. Impact: People might be reluctant in sharing their information to the organization representatives. Technological factor: Emerging technologies and increased social media use by community people. Impact: This will necessitate increased digital and social media-based public relationship development. |

Answer | The idea of Communication channel refers to either physical transmission medium like wire or logical connection via multiplexed medium as computer networking, radio or phones. Reason 1: Effective communication channel is necessary in communication plan for thriving internal communication among group members without which directives cannot be completed. Reason 2: Information dissemination is a crucial element of communication plan that needs adoption of effective communication channels. |

Answer | Organisation: Child and Family Focus SA (CAFFSA), which provides community care and well-being service in terms of child and family well-being. Structure/Hierarchy: The hierarchy system of the organization is centralized exercising partial authority in all operational decision making on community service and child and family welfare aspects. Therefore, the communication structure in this is centralized communication mainly with greater say of Board of Directors but considers valuable suggestions of others also. |

Answer | An official communication channel is basically used in formal contexts and governmental purposes for official communication as speech or address delivered by prime Minister or President. For example, written communication channel Newspaper is an official communication example. Unofficial communication channels are generally not used for official or governmental purposes and such channels are under control of non-governmental entities. For example, social gathering, newsletter and emails are important unofficial communication channels used by non-governmental or private entities. |

Process 2: Providing meaningful message to community Improving effectiveness of tailoring of the message is effective for motivating people under different situations, which will help the organizations in attracting attention of community people with time. |

Protocol supporting Oral communication: Speaking in clear and concise ways by making appropriate word selection and avoiding filler words is necessary protocol that supports effectiveness of oral communication. |

Answer | Reason one: Evaluation of communication practice provides the opportunity of adjusting the communication goals and developing campaigning strategy as per such goals. Reason two: Close evaluation of communication practice is necessary for identifying the strength areas and loopholes in such practices and thereby making necessary improvements based on reflective feedback as well as constructive suggestions. Step one: Reviewing the communication goals and objectives at the early stages of communication planning, this will help in clarifying the effectiveness of applied communication practices in terms of achievability of the goals. Step two: Developing specific evaluation questions including response rate of people to the communication practice, effectiveness of the messages delivered by such practice and its impacts on minds of people is another step. |

Most obviously, this type of situation involves a clash between personal interest and professional responsibility or duties. For example, promotion of an employee to Manager Designation from a job where he worked with his friend creates conflict of interests. Such promotion makes him the boss of his friend, which may deteriorate their relationship. |

As the key objective of developing a communication strategy or plan is to fulfil operational goals and objectives of a business, developing a clear understanding of strategic plan of the organization is important in this case. This will help in aligning the communication strategy with business plan. |

For example, weak emotional intelligence can resist people from perceiving key message of conveyed by communication. |
