The main aim of the report is to analyze the impact of the values, diversity and ethics on the organizational culture. This includes the role, behavior and performance of the managers in the respective organization as well. The main purpose of the report is to critically analyze the role of ethical practice and ethics in The Grace Hotel. A proper discussion of legitimacy and role has to be analyzed in the functions of management and its impact on the social and political environment.
