  1. Explain the organization’s mission, vision, goals, objectives and culture.
  2. Explain different processes & functions practiced in an organization.

    2. Justify the methodology to be used to map processes to the organization’s goals and objectives. (1.2)(12.5 marks)

You must:

  1. Discuss process mapping.
  2. Discuss and explain work flow method for process mapping.

    3. Design plans which promote goals and objectives for own area of responsibility. (2.1)(12.5 marks)

You must:

  1. Identify and explain different levels of planning.
  2. Discuss the following planning methods used in planning.
    1. Network analysis
    2. Critical path analysis
  3. Work flow

4. Write objectives, which are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time- based to align people and other resources in an effective and efficient way. (2.2) (12.5 marks)

  1. Identify SMART terminology used for objectives.
  2. Explain various components of SMART terminology. (This provides evidence for LO1 and LO2.)
