University of Dayton

The University of Dayton (UD) could be a private, Catholic research university in Dayton, Ohio. Founded in 1850 by the Society of Mary (Marianists), it's one amongst three Marianist universities within the nation and therefore the second-largest private university in Ohio. The university's campus is within the city's southern portion and spans 388 acres on either side of the good Miami River. The campus is noted for the stainless Conception Chapel and also the University of Dayton Arena.
